Y81 series hydraulic metal baler is suitable for steel works, recycling and processing industry and non-ferrous metal smelting industry. Can be a variety of metal scrap, steel shavings, scrap steel, aluminum, copper waste extruding long square, cylinder, octagonal body and other shapes of qualified charge, to reduce the cost of transport and torch control. Is the domestic production of large processing scrap steel equipment manufacturers. Scrap Metal Baler Features:
1) All kinds of models are hydraulic driven, manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected. 2) The installation does not need foot screws, and can be powered by diesel engine in the place of wireless power supply. 3) There are three ways of bag out: turning over bag, side pushing bag, and front bag out. 4) Extrusion pressure ranges from 125 tons to 2,500 tons, with different grades. Production efficiency ranges from 0.5 tons/hour to 40 tons/hour. 5) The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the bale can be customized according to the specification of raw materials.
